Refund policy

At Nawab & Noor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following policy applies:

✅ Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Accessories or innerwear (if applicable)

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer

💰 Refund Policy

  • No cash refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Online payment refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
